- Provision of Primary Health Services
- Identificationof priority disease(s)/common illnesses and need assessment through meeting with local health authorities;
- Identification of most vulnerable group(s);
- Initiation of Health Promotion Campaign (IPC, ICSM, FGD, CBOs,) for acceptance of interventions regarding prevention, control of diseases, personal hygiene, family planning etc;
- Community involvement for implementation and supervision of the intervention(s) through volunteers, religious leaders, Maliks, school teachers, etc;
- Identification and setting of priorities and targets for achievement of goal and objective(s) in specified time frame and budget allocation;
- Coordination and collaboration with line department;
- Identification of committed and genuine activists/volunteers who have an ambition to help their communities through provision of basic health services;
- Division of labour or assigning the jobs to relevant person/volunteer(s);
- Capacity building of local Health Care Providers including medics, paramedics;
- Community involvement & mobilization
- Community involvement for implementation of the intervention(s) through volunteers, religious leaders, Maliks, school teachers, —- etc;
- Social mobilization through Community Based Organizations (CBOs) encouraging marginalized or the poorest of poor section of community to join the CBO;
- Preparation of Poverty Profile through relying on Poverty Score Card (PSC) or local perceptions to assess the intensity of poverty/in justices prevailing in the community that seeks social guidance;
- Identification of committed and genuine activists/volunteers who have an ambition to support their communities for poverty alleviation and improve the living standard;
- Identification and setting of priorities and targets for achievement of goal and objective(s) in specified time frame and budget allocation;
- Advocacy for resource(s) mobilize which will be pooled by the community, provided by the support organization or managed through other stakeholders like private and public sector service delivery departments, NGOs and donors;

- Meeting with parents community orientation and involvement for encouraging to engage their children in education through volunteers, religious leaders, Maliks, school teachers, Community Based Organizations (CBOs) etc;
- Free of cost provision of books and other educational material as incentives for students & parents and reasonable financial incentives for teachers;
- Coordination and collaboration with education department and private sector;
- Identification of committed and genuine activists/volunteers who have an ambition to help their communities through volunteer teaching services;
- Capacity building of local teachers focusing primary teachers;
- School melaas (events) for attraction of street children;
