Your IP Address and Cookies

For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor’s IP address (e-mail addresses are not automatically recognized by our server). Personal Contact Information

When you are making a donation, purchasing a product, expressing an interest in referring Donation, or subscribing to our online newsletter, we ask you for personal contact information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address. We will use this contact information to provide you with information or resources you have requested, such as information about Rural Empowerment and Institutional Development, a receipt, or a financial report, or we will use your information to contact you to clarify or verify other information, such as an order you placed, a donation you made or that you have referred.

We will not add your name and contact information to any mailing lists without your prior knowledge or express permission. We will always ask or inform you before adding you to a mailing list. If we do not, you will not be added. If you have agreed to be added to one of our mailing lists, such as our e-mail newsletter list or regular mailing list, then you may receive information from the Rural Empowerment and Institutional Development how you can support the organization’s mission.

Personal contact information is not shared with any organization outside of Rural Empowerment and Institutional Development. We have contracts to protect your privacy with all of staff/agents. In some cases, when you wish to refer a donor, make a donation to your country’s affiliate, or ask for country-specific information, your contact information may be passed on to your country’s affiliate. Your country’s affiliate will not add you to their mailing lists unless you have expressly asked to be added.

Personal billing information we collect and what we do with it

In addition to personal contact information, we ask for billing information, such as your billing address and credit card number, when you make a donation or purchase a product. We use secure servers to gather and process your billing information. These secure servers are hosted by our agent HostGartor, which is bound by our site policies. Your billing information is not shared with any other organizations, and your credit card number is not retained once your transaction has been authorized and processed.

Other contact information we collect and what we do with it

In some instances, we ask for contact information for people other than yourself – for example, e-mail addresses of friends to whom you wish to send a copy of one of our pages or the mailing address of someone you wish to have us notify of a donation you have made. Such contact information is not added to any mailing list nor is the information shared with any other organization. Collecting such information for our own use is called prospecting. Rural Empowerment and Institutional Development does not prospect.

Information from Forms

Our site’s forms require users to give us contact information (like their name, phone number, and e-mail address). We use customer contact information from these forms to send users information about Rural Empowerment and Institutional Development. Users may opt-out of receiving future communications, or contact us with their concerns about our privacy policy; see the section below.

Our Partners

Our Web site (www.repid.org.pk) is hosted by 2Checkout. No information gathered from users is shared with HostGator.

In the case of online donations, on our behalf, HostGator provides and manages secure servers to host the transactions and gather pertinent donation information from users. This information is passed directly to Rural Empowerment and Institutional Development and its financial institutions, and is not used by HostGator.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Specifically, secure servers are used to gather financial information, and encrypted channels are used to transfer this information.

Opting Out

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at the point where we request information about the visitor. If you receive communications from us and wish not to, this site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications. Please provide your exact name and address when communicating with us.

Refund

Rural Empowerment and Institutional Development is a registered Charity working for the welfare of communities particularly FATA, all donations received from our donors and reffered donors are allocated to various on-going and in-pipeline projects in different programmatic areas.

We have a 15days refund policy for our donors who wish refund their donations,  we also provide details of utilizations of funding to every donor at the end of the year.
