UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency & Rural Empowerment & Institutional Development-REPID arranged a training for Afghan Refugees, These Participants were briefed about concepts of Leadership, its types, leadership traits and leadership as a source of inspiring others. Theories of Trait Leadership and Process Leadership were explained to the participants with examples in a simplified way. The importance of two way communication between leaders and followers were discussed, also the need for different leadership styles in different situations was emphasized through examples from daily life. 
This was two day training so effective and full of energy where all the participants participated so positively and with heart,such training can bring a lot of change and the mind set of young energetic Afghanistan youth
